Meet Tonya Toups Gautreau. With 18 years of experience in real estate, Tonya specializes in residential and luxury clients. She is the CEO and Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty First Choice and is involved in several professional and community organizations both locally and nationally. She currently serves as a Board of Directors member for the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors and is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Keller Williams Realty’s International Associate Leadership Council, and as a long-time board member of the Baton Rouge Best Dressed Ball. Tonya is growing the team to better serve our clients both in Louisiana and outside of the state. She believes that homeownership is one of the greatest wealth builders, and loves helping her clients discover its many benefits.
Meet Lindsey Picard. Lindsey started her journey at Keller Williams First Choice as an administrative intern. Through the mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, Lindsey found potential in a future career as a real estate agent. She has experience in office and administration operations, and social media content and providing assistance to agents and customers. With over 7 years of experience in customer service and over a year of experience as a licensee, Lindsey has learned the importance of building authentic relationships and helping others. Lindsey’s goal is to not only meet your expectations but to exceed them, ensuring that your real estate experience is nothing short of exceptional.
